EnvisionStreet Website Privacy Policy

This notice covers the EnvisionStreet website, operated by Diane Kelm. Privacy contact: contact@envisionstreet.com.

Browsing and technical information

Our hosting and security providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, process information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and security logs. The site does not add advertising trackers or a visitor analytics service. Its page images and fonts are served with the site.

Messages you send us

The contact form asks for your email address, topic, message, consent to respond, and optionally your name and selected app. We use this information to answer your enquiry and provide support. Resend delivers form messages to contact@envisionstreet.com. Our email providers store and process correspondence. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing.

Spam prevention and cookies

When you submit the contact form, it loads Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help detect abuse. Google may process IP address, browser and device information, interaction signals and cookies for this security check. The security script is not loaded simply by visiting another page. You can email us directly instead of using the form.

Sharing, retention and your choices

We do not sell personal information. We share information with the providers needed to host and secure this website or handle messages, and where legally required or necessary to protect rights and prevent abuse. Providers may process information outside your country under their applicable safeguards and policies.

We retain correspondence only as long as needed to respond, resolve issues and meet applicable legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Hosting and security providers apply their own log and backup retention. We use secure connections and restrict access to correspondence.

The website contact form is intended for adults. Please do not submit children’s personal details, passwords, complete birth records or private artwork unless necessary for an agreed support request. If a child has sent personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

Questions and your rights

We may need to verify your identity. We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any information we must retain. We cannot remotely access or delete information held only on your device.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date. Material changes that require notice or consent will be addressed before the new use begins.
